Robert W. Tunnell, Jr., principal of Tunnell Companies, is the visionary behind Baywood Greens golf course, the Clubhouse, Communities, and all their amenities. It has taken a lot of hard work, skill and determination to make his vision come to life. Now that it is finally here you can come and experience the beauty of it first hand.

Did You Know... That the initial layout and design of the course was by Bill Love ASGCA (formally of Ault, Clark and Associates). Final design was completed by land sculpture extraordinaire Larry Dewitt and owner/developer Rob Tunnell, who turned original sketches into a work of art.

Did you Know... It is the attention to detail that sets Baywood Greens apart… and its sheer beauty. Consider some of the design features: over 200,000 plants, shrubs and trees were planted; tons of pine needles were imported from Georgia; and acres and acres of wildflowers and other perennials were used to decorate the course.
