Wedding Packages

The Clubhouse at Baywood Greens would like to congratulate you on your engagement.  We understand the importance of a couple’s wedding day, and look forward to offering you an experience that will be cherished forever.  Our ballroom is one of a kind, from its picturesque views to its elegant décor, and we commit ourselves to providing you with the best possible facility, service and cuisine.

Our wedding packages have been designed to provide you with everything you will need to create a memorable event.  All menus are recommendations and our staff of chefs will be happy to work with you to design a meal to suit your individual preferences and tastes.  Thank you for considering the Clubhouse at Baywood.  We look forward to serving you.

 

Ceremony Package  $1,750.00 rental fee

• Use of the ceremony garden for rehearsal (time is dependent on the events taking place that day) and the ceremony
• Setup and breakdown of white ceremony chairs and any other necessary tables
• Keyboardist to play while the guests are being seated, bridal songs, and recessional
• Limited decorations including a floral arch arrangement and pew bows on the family rows
• Sound system including a lapel microphone for the officiate
• Two rounds of golf for the wedding party
• Due to inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the Windows on the Green Ballroom. We will provide an arch for the ballroom and an aisle runner

Cocktail Hour  

• Cocktail Hour included in all three of our packages is held in the Ballroom
• To host Cocktail Hour outside on our brick pavers is an additional $2,000

Diamond Reception Package $130.00 per person includes gratuity

• Use of the ballroom for five hours, including all tables, linens and dance floor
• Champagne toast for entire wedding party
• Fruit, cheese and vegetable displays for your cocktail reception
• Four butlered hors d’oeuvre choices for your cocktail reception ( selected from the gold, platinum or diamond menus)
• Dinner selected from gold, platinum or diamond menus
• Three Table Floral Arrangements
• Two rounds of Golf for the wedding party

 

Platinum Reception Package $90.00 per person includes gratuity

• Use of the ballroom for five hours, including all tables, linens and dance floor
• Fruit, cheese and vegetable displays for your cocktail reception
• Two butlered hors d’oeuvre choices for your cocktail reception ( selected from the gold or platinum menu)
• Dinner selected from gold or platinum menus
• Three Table Floral Arrangements
• Two rounds of Golf for the wedding party

Gold Reception Package  $80.00 per person includes gratuity

• Use of the ballroom room for five hours, including all tables, linens and dance floor
• Fruit, Cheese and vegetable displays for your cocktail reception
• Dinner selected from the gold package menu
• Three Table Floral Arrangements
• Two games of Golf for the wedding party
