Meetings and Events

Please note that there will be a rental charge to use the ballroom. The rental charge for the use of the Ballroom is estimated on guest counts.

This includes:

  • The use of the Ballroom for five hours
  • Set up and tear down of all tables and chairs
  • Standard linens - White underlay, Ivory overlay, Choice of 16 Napkin colors and Burgundy Skirting
  • Standard China - White China with Gold Trim
  • Two Bars
  • Access to the two Balconies overlooking the ceremony and golf course

The following Audio Visual Equipment is available to utilize:

  • 2 Screens
  • 2 LCD Projectors
  • DVD player
  • Microphone
  • Podium
  • Flip Charts

Other Audio Visual Equipment can be rented for your meeting or event.

Banquet Menus

Our banquet menus, have been prepared for your consideration. Please note that these menus are recommendations, and our Chef is happy to assist you in creating a menu that meets your individual tastes and preferences.

Linen and Table Arrangements

We provide white or ivory table linens at no additional charge. Specialty linens and equipment rental is available upon request at additional charge.

Our tables are 72 inch round tables, seating 10-12 guests each. Groups over 160 will automatically be seated at tables of 10. We will provide a diagram of the room prior to your wedding or event to help with table assignments.

Floral Design

Our floral design team will work with you on all flowers and decor for your wedding. With years of experience, our floral design consultants can help you choose flowers that will set the stage for your special day.

Deposit, Payment and Cancellation

To reserve a date for an event, a signed contract and deposit are required. Should a confirmed event be cancelled, any prepayments are non-refundable.
