Ceremony Arrangements
The Clubhouse at Baywood offers a beautiful outdoor ceremony garden complete with luscious flower beds, a stunning entrance for the bridal party, a formal altar, and picturesque views of the 18th green.
The ceremony fee includes white ceremony chairs for your guests (up to 220), a microphone for your officiate, and a keyboard player for music.

Banquet Space
Our 4,760 sqaure foot ballroom is equipped with a 378 sqaure foot dance floor, two balconies overlooking the ceremony garden, and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment.
Menus
Our all-inclusive wedding packages (Diamond, Platinum and Gold) as well banquet menus, have been prepared for your consideration. Please note that these menus are recommendations, and our Chef is happy to assist you in creating a menu that meets your individual tastes and preferences.

Guaranteed Number of Attendees
We require a minimum number of 50 guests for each event. There is a minimum of 100 guests for Friday and Sunday events, and a minimum of 125 guests for Saturday events.
The maximum number of wedding guests in the ballroom is 200 to 220 (depending on a band and dance floor).
Linen and Table Arrangements
We provide white or ivory table linens at no additional charge. Specialty linens and equipment rental is available upon request at additional charge.
Our tables are 72 inch round tables, seating 10-12 guests each. Groups over 160 will automatically be seated at tables of 10. We will provide a diagram of the room prior to your wedding or event to help with table assignments.
Vendor Recommendations
We will be happy to provide you a list of wedding vendors once your date is confirmed. This list includes anything from bakeries to photographers and hotel accommodations to musicians. They are all vendors that we have used in the past and are highly recommended by The Clubhouse at Baywood.
Floral Design
Our floral design team will work with you on all flowers and decor for your wedding. With years of experience, our floral design consultants can help you choose flowers that will set the stage for your special day.
Deposit, Payment and Cancellation
To reserve a date for a wedding or event, a signed contract and deposit are required. Should a confirmed event be cancelled, any prepayments are non-refundable.
