Diane joined the Baywood Homes Sales Team November 2015 and was promoted to Sales Manager position October 2016. Diane has owned her own decorating company which included flipping homes, renovation, painting, staging. While in PA she sold residential preowned and new homes, leased homes, sold land and commercial properties. Diane is thrilled to be part of the Baywood Homes Sales Team and looks forward to helping the sales staff find new and innovative ways to promote our beautiful Baywood Greens Community. Diane feels Long Neck has so much to offer and is an amazing place to live and work.

Originally from Michigan, Donna moved to Delaware in 2010 to specifically work for Baywood.  She has sold Real Estate since 1994 (both Modular and Site Built) and is an experienced, well-versed, and thorough REALTOR. Very well known to the Baywood Community, Donna has a strong base of loyal repeat customers and referrals and who have also become long-time friends. Her work ethic and dedication to Baywood has given both buyers and sellers a positive experience and transaction. “Baywood is the most beautiful place I have ever worked. The grounds are stunning, and the homeowners are warm and friendly.” Donna and her husband Dan enjoy spending time with their 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. Ashley joined the Baywood Sales team as the settlement coordinator in summer of 2022 bringing over 10 years of financial, lending, and settlement
expertise to the team. Ashley was born and raised in the Delmarva area and enjoys the Delaware Beach environment!  Ashley is excited to be a part of
the Pot-Nets Homes Sales Team and enjoys helping people transition into the next phase of their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys family time with
her 5 children, and spending time with her nieces and nephews! Ashley feels that Pot-Nets has much to offer and is the perfect place to call home.
