With years of Real Estate experience in Pennsylvania, Diane brings exceptional leadership, creativity, and industry knowledge to her role as Broker for both Baywood & Pot-Nets. Having made her own home in the sand at Pot-Nets, Diane truly understands and embraces the lifestyle that makes these communities so special. 

Diane knows everything there is to know about both Baywood & Pot-Nets, and as the heart of the real estate departments, her dedication and hard work are embedded throughout both communities. As a trusted leader and mentor, she is always ready to support the Baywood & Pot-Nets sales teams while ensuring every client receives outstanding service throughout their homebuying journey. 

Clients building a new home work closely with Diane one-on-one, where her passion for creative design and beautiful custom manufactured homes truly shines. Thanks to her strong relationships with our builders, Diane helps turn her clients’ visions into reality with care and expertise. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and relaxing whenever she can while taking in the beautiful waterfront views from her Pot-Nets backyard — though as the broker, she’s certainly a busy lady!

Originally from Michigan, Donna moved to Delaware in 2010 to specifically work for Baywood.  She has sold Real Estate since 1994 (both Modular and Site Built) and is an experienced, well-versed, and thorough REALTOR. Very well known to the Baywood Community, Donna has a strong base of loyal repeat customers and referrals and who have also become long-time friends. Her work ethic and dedication to Baywood has given both buyers and sellers a positive experience and transaction. “Baywood is the most beautiful place I have ever worked. The grounds are stunning, and the homeowners are warm and friendly.” Donna and her husband Dan enjoy spending time with their 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren. She also enjoys spending time in her garden enjoying nature.

Ashley joined the Baywood & Pot-Nets Sales team as the settlement coordinator in summer of 2022 bringing over 10 years of financial, lending, and settlement expertise to the team. Ashley was born and raised in the Delmarva area and enjoys the Delaware Beach environment!  Ashley is excited to be a part of the Baywood & Pot-Nets Homes Sales Team and enjoys helping people transition into the next phase of their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys family time with
her 5 children, and spending time with her nieces and nephews! Ashley feels that Baywood has much to offer and is the perfect place to call home.
